Health & Wellness Promotion
Our Mission
The mission of the Sacramento State Student Health Services Health & Wellness Promotion Department is to enhance student health status and respond to student health needs through the use of educational programs, strategies and materials. We provide students with information and resources to assist in the facilitation of voluntary and positive behavioral health changes. We believe that the Student Health Center should serve as an educational learning site where students are empowered to make healthy lifestyle choices as well as a health care facility.
