Business Information Services is comprised of two distinct but cohesive sections, Information Consulting and Application Development. These two sections work closely together to ensure that we provide end-to-end support of your information processing needs. Information Consulting is in charge of all aspects of the production cycles for the systems we support. This includes maintaining all batch schedules, ensuring proper and timely running of processing cycles, and distribution / notification of information processing. We work closely with the users of our systems in providing advice and support for not only accessing our systems but extracting and understanding information in our systems and the relationship it has to the organization. Information Consulting also provides primary support for Administration & Business Affairs and Human Resources web pages. Application Development is in charge of supporting the database and application software for the systems we support. This includes managing the resources required to ensure proper functioning, timely response, and efficient integration between the campus's business related systems.
