PROGRESS

Providing excellent academic facilities and support centers

Goal: Improve science and fine arts facilities as rapidly as possible.

Progress:

  • A new Science Building has been placed on the CSU system list of priority projects.
  • The proposed Science Building was moved up on the priority list due to the identification of a new funding source.


Goal: Improve access to academic support materials and technology.

Progress:

  • Our Academic Information Resource Center housing state-of-the-art information technology has opened near the Library.
  • Smart classroom upgrades have been completed in Sequoia Hall, Benecia Hall, Calavaras Hall and the Academic Information Resource Center. Future upgrades are planned for classrooms in Kadema Hall, Sequoia Hall, the Academic Information Resource Center and the Library.
