- Currently works in the Cal/OSHA Research and Standards Unit and manages the Cal/OSHA Professional Development and Training Program developing training programs for Cal/OSHA Engineers
- Worked in the Enforcement Unit as a Field Engineer and a Regional Senior Safety Engineer as well as worked for the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board developing regulations
