Important: Notice that there are TWO DIFFERENT membership forms to the left! The top version (New Member Application) is for NEW MEMBERS ONLY! The lower version (Renewal Form) is for RENEWING MEMBERS!

New to Renaissance?

Look around these pages to find out what the Renaissance Society is all about. Interested in joining? Membership runs for one year, from July 1 to June 30, and costs $60 per person. If you want a CSUS parking pass for Fridays and Saturdays, that's an additional $20 for the year, made out to the CSUS University Transportation and Parking Services (UTAPS)

To join for the 2014-2015 year, you can use the New Member Application form in the link to the left. It is a PDF form. You can fill it out on your computer and print it out. Or you can print out the PDF form and fill it out by hand. In either case, send your form and your check to the Renaissance office (see box at right). Use a separate form for each individual (no couples membership). Please note: 2014-15 membership applications will not be processed until mid-June and checks cannot be deposited until after July 1, the beginning of the new fiscal year.

If you want a parking pass (it is $20), use the Parking Application form (at left) and fill it out either online or by hand as above. Follow the instructions. You can mail it with your application to the Renaissance office, but note that the Parking Check must be made out to UTAPS, not Renaissance! You can alternatively wait until you get your Renaissance membership card, then go to UTAPS (Folsom Hall, 7667 Folsom Blvd., west of Hornet Drive) and get the parking pass yourself. The parking pass goes on your car, so couples or others coming in the same car need only get one parking pass (the pass can be switched to different cars).

Forms will also be available at the Fall Orientation and Rendezvous on Aug. 29 (see Calendar for details). However, if you want to have a catalog mailed to you in August, join now!

Spring-Only memberships are also available for Spring Semesters at $35 each. The spring-only parking pass is $10. Those forms will be available in the late Fall. There is no Fall-Only membership.

Returning Member?

Renewal forms for the 2014-2015 full year were mailed out in the June edition of The Recorder. You can also use the Membership Renewal Form in the Renewal links to the left. It is a PDF. You can fill it out online and print it, or print it first and fill it out by hand. Then mail your check to the Renaissance office.

If you want a parking pass, note that parking is NOT included in your Renaissance membership! It's an additional $20 for the year (couples or others driving together only need one pass). Print out the Parking Application form on the left and fill it out. Follow the instructions carefully!. You can mail it with your renewal to the Renaissance office, but note that the Parking Check must be made out to UTAPS, not Renaissance! You can alternatively wait until you get your new membership card, then go to UTAPS (Folsom Hall, 7667 Folsom Blvd., west of Hornet Drive) and get your parking pass there.
