*Note: Exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping and hotel handling costs. The hotel fee is $5.00 per box for handling for receiving and having it shipped on return.

Tables Staffed by WPSA: If your organization is unable to send a staff member and you wish to have books displayed, we will make it possible for you to present these books to the attendees. We create a table display for this purpose that we staff.

Copies of journals, fliers and order forms are also distributed	$25.00**

Ad copy must be received by February 15, 2010. Ad copy must be in PDF format ready for print and be 4½ ” x 7½” format. Payment in full, made payable to “WPSA” must accompany your order. Please send check to:
