*Note: Exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping costs. There is a hotel charges of $10.00 per box for incoming and outgoing boxes. These expenses are handled directly with the hotel by the publisher. Additionally, publishers are responsible for making their own arrangements for outgoing shipments with the hotel staff. The charge for handling per box is the same for outgoing as incoming with an additional charge for shipping. Boxes shipped should be sent to arrive no earlier than two days prior to the event and labeled:

Tables Staffed by WPSA: If your organization is unable to send a staff member and you wish to have books displayed, we will make it possible for you to present these books to the attendees. We create a table display for this purpose that we staff.

Price Per Title (Books are to be donated for our graduate students)	$50.00**
Tabletop display of four or more titles plus a full page ad	$300.00**
Copies of journals, fliers and order forms are also distributed	$25.00**
