Paper Submission Instructions:

To submit your paper go to Conference Proceedings Archive hosted by All Academic, Inc. Use your complete email as your username and an individual ID generated for you as a temporary password, you may change the password or email once in the system.

Papers will be accepted in 9 formats: any version of Word, any version of WordPerfect, RTF, LaTex, Postscript, PDF, ASCII text, Powerpoint, and Excel. Up to three supporting files will also be accepted for each conference proceeding.

Word and WordPerfect users: internal macros will not be run during the conversion process in order to stop macro viruses.

PDF files should have all fonts embedded in the PDF file.

All uploaded files should not be password protected. Password protected files will not be able to be full text indexed or converted to PDF.

During the submission process, you will be required to provide the following information in addition to the paper itself:

The paper's authors, title, keywords and abstract. In most cases you should be able to copy this information from your word processor and paste it into the appropriate fields of the submission form.

Keywords describing your paper, especially those that do not appear in the title or abstract. These will be used to aid in the indexing process when searching by subject.
