  • Instructors - Grade Transfer Feature for Combined Sections

    If you are using the SacCT grade transfer feature in CMS, courses that are combined/crosslisted in SacCT can only transfer grades from the first section but other sections would need to be graded manually.

  • McGraw-Hill Connect Maintenance and Availability

    The McGraw-Hill Connect service will be undergoing maintenance by the publisher this weekend. For courses which use McGraw-Hill Connect, links to their content and grade-sync be will temporarily inaccessible starting Saturday evening, 12/20 at 6:00pm. Service should resume early morning Sunday, 12/21 around 5:00am (PST).

  • SacCT Unavailable : Monday 6:15PM - 7:40PM

    The SacCT system became unavailable to users on Monday 12/15/14 around 6:15 PM- 7:40 PM. Additionally there have been reports of slow system performance around this time. For faculty and student reference, system downtimes are posted on the SacCT Server Status web page.

  • Calendar Events Created Manually

    For users who create SacCT calendar entries manually, the manually created events cannot be deleted from within a SacCT course’s calendar. If you need to delete a course calendar event, please use the Calendar tool from the Global Navigation Menu instead by following these steps.

  • Java Issue: Unable to Launch Collaborate Sessions or Recordings

    Collaborate users that have installed Java 7 Update 51 or Update 55 may see the "Unable to launch the application" or "Application Blocked by Security Settings" error(s) display when attempting to join a session and/or watch a recording.
