Asian Pacific Islander American Research Center (APIARC) works collaboratively with the Institute for Social Research (ISR) at California State University, Sacramento to develop research proposals, work with community-based organizations to design research methodologies, and to manage research projects.

The mission of the APIARC is to bring together resources and expertise from both the University and community to conduct research on Asian Pacific Islander Americans in the Sacramento region and throughout California, promote Asian Pacific Islander American community development, and support the Asian American Studies Program on campus.
