About Accounts Payable 

Accounts Payable (AP) is part of the Financial Services department within the Administration & Business Affairs (ABA) division. AP provides administrative and fiscal support to the campus community and its suppliers. Some of the services provided by the staff include:

  • Payment of invoices
  • Direct payment requests
  • Payments in advance
  • Business related reimbursements
  • ProCard - US Bank Visa
  • Travel expense claims
  • Moving and relocation expense claims
  • Training  

Payments are made in accordance with the laws of the state of California, applicable federal laws including Internal Revenue Service regulations, and the policies and procedures of the University.
