Additional Training Resources
Sacramento State views employee training as the foundation to effective risk management. To proactively reduce work-related risks, all employees are assigned fundamental "Learning Track" requirements such as Injury and Illness Prevention, Emergency Action, Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, Workplace Violence, and Information Security Management, etc.
In addition, employees whose work activities expose them to unique and obvious work-place hazards are assigned additional Learning Track requirements as appropriate. Employee compliance, with regard to Learning Track assignments, is continually monitored.
All employee Learning Tracks are established in and monitored through utilization of an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS). Sac State's LMS is LearnerWeb®. Employees may enter LearnerWeb® and view their assigned Learning Track by clicking on the Training icon to the right of this text and logging-in with their SacLink Username and Password.
To enroll in a LearnerWeb® training course, simply select "enroll" from either your Learning Track or from the Course Library and transfer to the "Enrolled" tab.
Several of the courses contained within the Library are Web Based. If the course you have selected is Web Based you can immediately begin the self-paced training by choosing "start" next to the course name under the "Enrolled" tab.
