Service Request for Tables and Chairs

Delivery Terms

  • Tables and chairs are for official university use only. Tables and chairs are NOT available for personal use, and are available for on-campus events only.
  • Tables and chairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • No more than 40 tables can be reserved for any one event. There are only about 80 tables available and we need to ensure that everyone has fair access to the tables.
  • Delivery charges are based on the number of tables and chairs delivered. Setup fees are in addition to delivery charges.
  • You are responsible for tables and chairs after they have been delivered to your event. You will be charged for any missing or damaged tables and chairs.

Please Note: You are responsible for tables and chairs after they have been delivered to your event. You will be charged for any missing or damaged tables and chairs.

The Workorder will not actually be submitted until you have reviewed the information and hit the "Submit" button on the second confirmation page.

There will be a charge for tables and chairs, and additional charges for setup or after-hours delivery or pickup. Please contact Customer Service for an estimate.
