Processes & Guidelines

Procurement and Contracts Services is committed to serving the University community with the timely and cost effective procurement of goods and services. This is accomplished through product knowledge, competitive bidding, negotiation of special pricing agreements and contracts.   All of these serve to maximize the University's purchasing power the primary objective of the Procurement Department is to buy goods and services of the right quality, right quantity, right price, right source, right time, while complying with CSU procurement policies, procedures and guidelines.  The below links address the polices and guidelines that are used.
