Strategic Planning & Quality Improvement (SPQI) provides direction and support for ABA's strategic planning and quality improvement efforts aligned with the University strategic plan and Redefine the Possible initiative. The unit has responsibility for a number of ABA's strategic improvement programs, including staff engagement and communication, oversees the division websites, and facilitates access to a wide range of improvement tools, training and QI resources.
