Welcome to website for Strategic Planning & Quality Improvement. SPQI is the strategic planning office for Administration & Business Affairs (ABA), Sacramento State's largest institutional support division. SPQI helps ABA align with Sacramento State's Strategic Plan, Destination 2010 and other important initiatives through structured planning and assessment activities. Our focus is on process and service improvements, an engaged and competent staff, and responsible stewardship of the University's resources.
SPQI is also the University's link to the CSU Quality Improvement Program. Working with CSU QI Planning and Steering committees and Chancellor's Office program staff, we coordinate campus participation in system-wide improvement activities and help facilitate access to a wide range of tools and resources.
