Welcome to Sacramento State 's Budget Planning and Administration website. We are proud to be a part of the Financial Services' family in the Administration and Business Affairs (ABA) division. We are dedicated to supporting the university's strategic plan, Destination 2010 initiative, as well as the mission and vision of ABA. The following is a brief listing of some of the services and information that we provide:

Facilitating the general fund budget planning and development process
Providing financial information and guidance on the various university funds (e.g. general fund, lottery, enterprise funds, etc.)
Keeping the campus informed of Sacramento State and Chancellor's Office business practices
Preparing and reviewing financial pro formas for capital projects
Processing budget transfers
Processing the monthly payroll in the Labor Cost Distribution module of the Common Management System (CMS)
Managing and creating positions for university employees
