Q: I do not have a SacLink account. How do I log in?

Q: I do not have access to the BCP. How do I gain access to the application?

A: Click on the external BCP login here:
Once on the page, click on the "New User?" link. It will ask you for your name and email address. Be sure to use the email address you wish to log in to the application with. State the name of your Auxiliary group in the message box so we may assign you to the correct department and/or company.

Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset my password?

A: Click on the external BCP login here:
Once you are on the page, click on the "Forgot password?" link. Reset your password by typing in your email address that you use to log into the BCP application. You should receive a temporary password by email. Do not forget to change your password once you have logged into the BCP application.

Q: I registered to use the BCP application, but I cannot find my temporary password to log in. How do I find my password?

A: Find how to log in externally.

Q: I can’t remember which email address I registered with. How can I find that out?

A: Please contact our office and provide the representative with your name, affiliation, and possible email address you registered with. We should be able to assist you.
