Financial Services strives to achieve a level of service above and beyond our campus business partners expectations. To this end our goals this year include launching a campus Business Partners Round Table , and a document series entitled Business Matters at Sac State . The goal of these efforts is to address business process issues and support the dialogue between campus business partners. Our Business Matters at Sac State series provides quick references information to campus business partners about campus financial matters, processes and policies.

Additional goals set for this year include:

• Complete employee cross-training in each department,
• Expand our employee professional development and training and program,
• Improve websites to provide more useful information, links and forms for campus business partners
• Improve one or more business processes in each department.

Our goal is to provide and support day-to-day campus financial activities to meet the needs of Sacramento State , its students and constituents.
