California State University, Sacramento has delegated authority from the Office of the Chancellor to enter into procurement and contractual transactions. It is the responsibility of the staff of Procurement & Contract Services to develop methods and systems to coordinate all procurement activity as well as provide for a smooth flow of documentation and timely delivery of goods and services to campus departments.
We are responsible for the acquisition of goods and services for the campus community. Our services include initiation of purchase transactions, supplier relations, process guidance and facilitation; help with policy interpretation and compliance, and availability as an information resource.
