Strategic Planning & Quality Improvement (SPQI) provides direction and support for ABA's strategic planning and quality improvement efforts to support the University strategic plans and initiatives. The unit implements strategic programs and initiatives for staff engagement, communication, customer service and process improvement, oversees ABA's website, publishes a variety of marketing and communication materials, and facilitates access to a wide variety of improvement tools, training and QI resources.
