VICE PRESIDENT FOR ADMINISTRATION PRIORITIES FOR DESTINATION 2010
- Initiate a Change Management Program to focus the entire ABA division on Destination 2010, to include customer service enhancement, cultural adjustment, streamlining and re-engineering processes to meet evolving needs and be responsive to the campus and the Sacramento community
- Re-organize to meet future challenges and opportunities most effectively
- Develop a "can do" approach, taking into consideration compliance and legal parameters, to serve our internal and external communities
- Develop web applications, publications, and communication strategies to convey information consistently to both internal and external constituents
- Establish realistic action plans that complement the University's Strategic Action Plan and the President's vision and priorities
- Develop a plan consistent with the University's over-arching goals of community engagement that involves every ABA manager
