EAP Program
Students who took the Early Assessment Program (EAP)exams during their junior year and passed the exams SHOULD MAKE SURE SAC STATE RECEIVED A COPY OF YOUR PASSING SCORE. UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED THE SCORE SENT TO US, WE DON'T HAVE PROOF.
Students who CONDITIONALLY passed the EAP exam (and were required to take a math course during their senior year) should make sure Admissions and Records has a high school transcript with a passing grade in that course.
For more detailed list of exemptions, visit Admissions.
ELM - EPT test dates |
|
To register for classes at Orientation, you must take the tests no later than May 3rd. If you take a later test we cannot guarantee that you will be able to register for classes on your orientation date. Students who are required to take the ELM and/or EPT exams must do so prior to registering for classes. Students are urged to take the earliest possible exam to guarantee test scores are received to Sac State in time for class registration - which takes place in June and July for Fall students. If you are an out-of-state student, you have two options for taking the exams. 1. You can make arrangements with ETS testing center by calling (925) 808-2142 or emailing them at www.csusout-of-state@ets.org. The exam fee is $18 plus a handling fee of $50. 2. You can contact Admissions & Records for details on a temporary exemption by calling (916) 278-7830. |
