F.R.O.S.H. Night is the Freshmen Rockin' Out Shindig Hoopla Night offered during Freshman Orientation in order to enhance your Orientation experience. During F.R.O.S.H. Night, you stay in the residence halls with other freshmen attending Orientation as well as the orientation leaders. This is a fun activity for all students - even those students who plan to commute to Sac State. TOP 3 Reasons To Go on F.R.O.S.H. Night: 1. You get to meet other new students (like you) before school starts! 2. You get to try out some AMAZING campus programs. Have you ever climbed a ropes course, built a skateboard or boat, or spent time at our amazing Aquatic Center? You can at F.R.O.S.H. Night! 3. The Orientation Leaders are staying with you. That means you get extra help planning your schedule for fall. Their help makes the second day of Orientation (and registration) go SO much smoother. We haven't convinced you yet? You are also going to receive a one-of-a kind Sac State t-shirt. Take a look at what we have planned for you: Session A (July 1-2): Fun Factor - It's like Fear Factor without Joe Rogan or those gross insects!
