The Department of Theatre &
Dance at California State University, Sacramento cordially invites
you and your students to participate in the American College
Dance Festival Association's Southwest Region Conference, March
15 -18, 2006. We are excited to host ACDFA in California's capital
city. Sac State is located in a beautiful part of town, on the
banks of the historic American River. Our 300-acre campus is
sheltered by more than 3,000 trees and dotted with flower gardens;
miles of trails stretch along the nearby river parkway.
We are planning an exciting agenda for all participants,
including a wide array of master classes, as well as informal
and adjudication concerts. The closing evening's Gala Concert
will be followed by a blowout dance party celebration for
everyone.
We anticipate an enthusiastic response to our
conference. We would love to accommodate everyone interested,
however, our capacity is somewhat limited. Therefore, we have
established an early registration deadline, as well as clear
limits on the number of participants and adjudicated dances
we can accept.
