Assessment of the Race and Ethnicity in America requirement in our GE Program - 15 minutes

Last spring our General Education Committee (GEP/GRC) commissioned a survey of students enrolled in courses that satisfy the Race and Ethnicity requirement. Instructors in these courses distributed and collected the survey. Professors Linda Palmer and Otis Scott analyzed and reported the results (Attachment A) to the GE committee. These results are the subject of this special report to the Senate. Dick Kornweibel, chair of the GE Committee, will present this item.
