"Facilitating Student Success in Achieving the Baccalaureate Degree", December 2002, Report of the California State University Task Force on Facilitating Graduation. The Task Force was composed of students, faculty, and administrators and was co-chaired by Jacquelyn Kegley, Chair of the Academic Senate CSU, and Louanne Kennedy, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at CSU Northridge.
