About Our Group Tours
Group Tours are available Monday thru Thursday at 10am and 2pm, and Friday at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm
- Is a reservation required?
Yes. You will need to submit the Tour Request at least two weeks prior to your requested visit date.
- Who are group tours for?
Group tours are available to any school or organization who wants to bring a group of 10 – 80 students on campus to learn about college life.
- What does the tour include?
The tour includes the grounds of the campus, the Student Union, information about the services, activities, programs, and educational opportunities available to students.
- What does the tour not include?
The tour does not include a tour of the residence halls or opportunity sit in a lecture, academic department presentations or student panels. However these options might be available by contacting the specific departments you are interested in.
- How long is the tour?
The tour is an hour walking tour. Larger groups may require more time.
- Is a tour given if it is raining?
Yes. We give tours rain, shine, hail and thunder.
- Do I need to pay for parking?
No. Show your confirmation to the parking attendant at any of the Parking Information Booths and they will provide you with the appropriate parking permit. Parking permits are required.

Groups wishing to cancel a tour must do so at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled visit. A group that cancels within 48 hours of their scheduled tour will have future requests reviewed. If more than two of these cancellations are noted, we reserve the right to deny the group’s tour requests for up to one year. Groups that do not show for a scheduled tour may be charged $20 for each tour guide scheduled.
