You don't need a scholarship to be a part of the ROTC program at Detachment 88. Also, you don't necessarily have to be a student at CSUS; numerous cadets attend crosstown universities such as UC Davis, Solano, and American River. Many cadets, from various local universities, come to Detachment 88 with one goal in mind: a commission into the United States Air Force as a 2nd Lieutenant. The 88th Cadet Wing welcomes anyone interested in pursuing an Air Force career.
