The Alumni Center features a staging kitchen only. All food brought into the Alumni Center must be prepared off-site in a commercial catering kitchen and must be purchased from or provided by a licensed and insured catering company, restaurant, or bakery. Pot-lucks or self-prepared food for your event is not allowed.
Clients may choose from one of our approved caterers listed above, or pay an additional $500 fee to use a licensed caterer not on our list.
