Homecoming is a tradition on the Sacramento State campus that encompasses a week-long celebration of activities to promote Hornet pride through student involvement and alumni engagement. 

2013 Homecoming Festival

The 2013 Homecoming Festival will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5 in Parking Lot 8.

This year the Hornets will face off against Northern Colorado. Tickets are available for purchase online.

Every year the festival features booths, live music and entertainment, the Kidz Zone, food, gifts, competition and much more!

Tailgate space is available on a first-come first-serve basis.  Please review the University's tailgate policies prior to your arrival.

Golden Grads Reunion

The Golden Grads Reunion is an annual event hosted by the Alumni Association during Homecoming week. The luncheon celebrates alumni who graduated from Sacramento State 50 or more years ago. 

The 2013 reunion will be held on Friday, Oct. 4 at the Alumni Center.  The reunion includes a luncheon, an optional campus tour and complimentary tickets to the Homecoming football game and tailgate BBQ, where graduates receive a special recognition on field during the opening coin toss.
