The JCGBA was established in 1974 as the Journal of California Anthropology. The journal was renamed the Journal of California and Great Basin Anthropology in 1979. |
||
| The 30th Anniversary issue includes an introduction dealing with the history of the journal, Katherine Saubel's original letter from the President and an index of all issues since 1974. | ||
