Dr. Roger Sullivan received his PhD in Anthropology from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 2001. He completed a post-doc at the University of Iowa’s Global Health Studies Program in 2003, before commencing as an Assistant Professor in Anthropology at CSUS.

Dr. Sullivan conducts fieldwork on mental and behavioral disorders in the Pacific (schizophrenia and drug use). He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the UC Davis Medical School, where he is conducting lab-based research of social cognition in schizophrenia.
