Zoom is a web conferencing solution that includes video, audio, and screen-sharing across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. Use Zoom to schedule online meetings and presentations, virtual office hours, virtual study groups, and computer support.

Accessing Zoom

Schedule a Meeting

  1. In your web browser, navigate to https://csus.zoom.us
  2. Click Sign In in the top right of the screen.
  3. If prompted, enter your SacLink username and password.
  4. Your Zoom Profile will be displayed if you are able to successfully log in.
  5. Set your preferences, like a fixed personal meeting ID or URL name (optional one-time setup).
  6. Next, click on the Meetings link in the left-hand navigation menu.
  7. At the top of the screen, click Schedule a New Meeting.
  8. Enter the meeting details, then click the Save button.
  9. On the next screen, click the Copy the invitation link.
  10. Send the invitation details to the meeting participants.

Start a meeting

  1. In your web browser, navigate to https://csus.zoom.us
  2. Click Sign In in the top right of the screen.
  3. If prompted, enter your SacLink username and password.
  4. Click on the Meetings link in the left-hand navigation menu.
  5. Locate the meeting in the "Upcoming Meetings" or "Personal Meeting Room" tabs and click the meeting's Start button.
