More than 7500 students enroll annually in approximately 70 DDE courses. These courses include lower division and upper division undergraduate courses, graduate courses, and required and elective courses in several majors and minors.

The Distance and Distributed Education Program follows guidelines described in the California State University, Sacramento Distance Education Policy revised and approved by the Faculty Senate on April 26, 2001. The Office of Distance Education collaborates with a diverse group of on and off campus entities to facilitate the development, delivery and scheduling of all distance and distributed education courses.
