Tuffer is a New Media Specialist adept at digital design and distribution of optical and networked new media. Working with university produced or copyright cleared materials he seeks to implement comprehensive media delivery methodologies that integrate professional media production values and content performance optimization. Tuffer works closely with on-campus and external professional partners to account for server administration and network delivery considerations. An intermittent speaker at professional production meetings and regular guest lecturer he is uniquely skilled at communicating the intricacies of technology to students, clients and informed project management. He enjoys scheduling time for individual appointments to discuss academic projects.
