Collaborate Recordings/Migration

On Feb 6 from 6am to 7am, the Collaborate system was unavailable to finalize the migration of Elluminate recordings to Collaborate. Due to the limitations of Collaborate any new recordings created on Feb 5 in Collaborate are no longer available for playback in Collaborate. We are making every effort to recover recordings from this past week to today and will be assisting with the conversion of the recordings to a playable video format. We will be in direct with those users impacted, which appear to be several users. For meetings that you scheduled/created on Feb. 5, you will need to recreate the meeting schedule whether created in SacCT or Collaborate. We understand that your recordings and scheduled meetings are critical and their loss will impact you and the students and apologize for this inconvenience.
