When using SacCT features or Collaborate (formerly Elluminate) that rely on the Java plug-in, some Mac OS users may be encountering that the Java plug-in is "blocked" or "inactive." This is due to a security update by Apple that disabled older versions of Java. If you or your students experience this problem, an update to Java will fix most cases. For details, please refer to the SacCT Help for Mac Users web page.
