Getting close to getting a bachelor’s degree? You will need to complete everything below!

SENIOR CHECKLIST

* See academic advisor before filling out degree application 1 year in advance.

* Bachelor’s Degree Application (petition) due one year prior to graduation. For Fall semester by November 1st and for Spring, by May 1st .

* Major advisor’s signature needed before submitting. http://hera.ecs.csus.edu/csc/student_info/forms_adv/forms/bs_app.pdf

* Pick up current class schedule (Hornet Bookstore).

* Pay for classes and clear all department holds

* Visit an academic advisor before selecting classes (SQU 202 for list).

* Sign up for classes on CasperWeb.

* Buy all necessary books for classes!

* Optional: Order class rings and graduation announcements (Hornet Bookstore).

* Sign-up online for commencement! About mid-semester students who are planning on walking in the ceremony for that current semester will need to sign up for ceremony (www.csus.edu/commence).

* Buy cap and gown in the ASI office in the Student Union, 3rd floor.

* Pass classes!

* Show up for graduation! Commencement . *
