The
Model UN delegation won its third straight
"Overall Best Delegation" award for its representation
of Cuba at the 2005 American Model UNconference, held Nov.
19-22 in Chicago, the first time the same university has won
three in a row. Faculty adviser Ron Fox says the team's victory
is notable because Cuba did not have natural caucusing allies
so the team had to work harder to forge alliances.
