Julie Kuehl-Kitchen, Kinesiology and Health Science, was featured in the Winter 2008 edition of the CAPHERD Journal in an article entitled, “A Successful Ride on the Wave of Excellence.”
Roger Sullivan, Anthropology, had a co-authored paper accepted by the journal Neuroscience. The work was funded by an RCA research award.
Michael Wright, Kinesiology and Health Science, was featured in the fall 2008 CAPHPERD Times in the membership “spotlight” entitled, “CAHPERD Member Michael Wright – New Southwest district president elect and 2007-2008 Outstanding Teacher.”
Maureen Smith, Kinesiology and Health Science, is nominated and running for election to the CAPHERD board as the vice president for Girls, Women and Sport.
