Sacramento State’s World Music series
Sacramento State’s World Music series presents Gypsy music with Orient Express at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 6, in Capistrano Hall’s Music Recital Hall. Orient Express traces the journey of the Roma people through the musical influences they have had across the Middle East and Europe. Tickets are $15 general admission and $8 for students, and are available at the University Ticket Office, 278-4323 or www.tickets.com.

Track & field sets four school records, wins two events at Husky Classic
A.J. Reed and Ronald Brookins each won event titles and four other Sacramento State athletes set school records at the Husky Classic. The meet served as the final tune-up for the Hornets before the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships which will take place Feb. 26-27 in Bozeman, Mont.
