A couple work out their issues in front of a howling moon and desert creatures in the magical References to Salvador Dali Make Me Hot, at Playwrights’ Theatre. Performances are 8 p.m., April 22-24 and April 30-May 1; 2 p.m. April 25 and May 2; and 6:30 p.m. April 28-29. It contains strong language and adult subjects. Men’s basketball signs guards Antoine Proctor and Kendell Groom
The Sacramento State men’s basketball program announced its second and third signees of the 2010-11 recruiting class with the inking of Sheridan College combo guard Antoine Proctor and Hyde Leadership High School point guard Kendell Groom. Proctor will enroll as a junior at Sacramento State, and Groom as a freshman in the fall of 2010.
