Rycycle LogoRecycle, reduce or reuse paper You can help reduce paper usage by using both sides of the paper and storing scratch paper in a tray to put through the printer a second time for drafts. Paper items can be recycled by placing them in any blue desk-side or copier-side recycle container. Remove plastic combs and take paper out of binders. Bags of shredded paper can go directly into any blue paper recycling bin. There are also "paper and cardboard” bins behind each residence hall.

For large amounts of paper recycling, 90-gallon toters are available for loan. Submit a service request to www.fm.csus.edu/Service_Request.htm. If your office has a pallet's worth (more than 20 boxes) of paper to recycle, call 278-5801 for a special pick up.

For more information, visit the “Sacramento State Recycles” website at www.fm.csus.edu/iwm.
