Scholarship

Caio Miguel
, Psychology, was appointed as the senior associate editor for the journal The Analysis of Verbal Behavior, published by the Association for Behavior Analysis.

Roger Vail
, Art, will have a solo show of his recent work titled, “Neon: New Photographs,” at JayJay Gallery in Sacramento, May 7-June 21.

Tom Decker, Art, is one of several ceramic artists represented in two shows in Davis: "Exploring the Surface," (juried by Emeritus Art Professor Peter VandenBerge) at the Pence Gallery, April 25-June 1, and the, "California Clay Competition," a statewide juried exhibition at The Artery showing April 25 - June 6.

Student Spotlight

Student Activities hosted the 2008 Leadership Awards reception on Tuesday, April 29, presenting awards to student organizations. The recipients are as follows:

Outstanding Event:

  1. The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers for their Regional Leadership Conference
  2. Ski & Snowboard Club at Sac State for the 2007 Ski Swap

Outstanding Collaborative Program:
