New homes in the AIRC building

Several departments have relocated to the new Academic Information Resource Center building.

• Academic Technology and Creative Services, including the departments of Academic Information Technology, Distance and Distributed Education, and Production and Creative Services are in Room 3005.
• Computing, Communications, and Media Services’ Administration office, University Computing and Communications Services and University Telecommunications Services are in Room 3010. The UCCS office of Administrative Computing is Room 3009, Desktop Support is in Room 2005 and the Help Desk is in Room 2005.
• CMS (Common Management System) is now in Room 2008.

Retirement celebration for Sheila Orman

After 27 years of service to Sacramento State, Sheila Orman is retiring. A reception to celebrate her career and welcome the new chapter of her life will be held from 2 to 4 p.m., Friday, Sept. 9, in the University Union Ballroom. To contribute to a gift that will be presented to her at the reception, contact Mae Kong at 278-6078 or campus mail zip 6032. A card will be available to sign from Aug. 29 to Sept. 8, in Sacramento Hall 259.
