Regulatory
Compliance Training E-mail Notifications
On Tuesday, Sept. 26, Risk Management Services will be launching an automated
e-mail process that will serve to remind employees/supervisors of their mandatory
compliance training obligations. The automated process will repeat thereafter
on a cycle of every 45 days.
Based on PeopleSoft/CMS employee reporting hierarchies, and LearnerWeb Learning
Track assignments, a “Supervisor’s…” report will be
generated and distributed to all supervisors informing them of subordinate training
compliance progress (direct reports only). A second, “Employee’s…”
report will be generated and sent directly to each employee informing them of
their Learning Track (i.e., mandatory training) progress.
For information
regarding this automated process, contact Risk Management Services at 278-6456.
