Center for Collaborative Policy, delivered a paper at the American Political
Science Association’s annual meeting in Philadelphia on Sept. 2. "Collaborative
Versus Technocratic Policymaking: California's Statewide Water Plan" is
coauthored by Ariel Ambruster of UC Berkeley.
David Booher,
Center for Collaborative Policy, authored an article on collaborative governance
in the new edition of the Encyclopedia of Public Administration and Public
Policy which will be published in 2006 and presented a paper at the 50th
annual conference of the International Society for Systems Sciences. "Complexity
and Adaptive Policy Systems" is co-authored by Judith Innes of U.C. Berkeley.
