Wayne Maeda, Ethnic Studies, chaired and moderated two panels for teachers of Klamath Falls and Tulelake Unified School District. The panels were titled, "Camp Survivors" and "What Made Tule Lake Unique."
Caio Miguel, Psychology, presented the invited address, "Verbal Behavior: A Functional Account of Language Development and Acquisition" at the HTA Conference in New York on Nov. 9.
Student Spotlight
Robyn Bilski, graduate student in Biological Sciences, presented her master's research entitled, "Effects of Structural enhancement on Chinook Salmon Spawning Habitat," coauthored by professors Joe Merz, Environmental Studies, Tim Horner, Geology and Ron Coleman, Biological Sciences, at the Annual Meeting of the American Fisheries Society, San Francisco, Sept. 2-7.
