Ted Lascher, Public Policy and Administration, had an article accepted for publication in political behavior. The article is entitled, "Direct Democracy and Political Efficacy Reconsidered," and is coauthored by professor Joshua Dyck of the University at Buffalo, SUNY.
Lisa Beutler, Center for Collaborative Studies, served as a panelist at the American Water Resources Association annual Water Resources Conference, held in New Orleans, La. on Nov. 18. Beutler was one of four experts discussing - State Water Resources Plans: Expensive Doorstops or Valuable Tools? The session concluded with a useful Top Ten List for Future State Water Planners.
David Booher, Center for Collaborative Policy, gave a presentation on, "Social Justice and Sustainable Regions," at the UC Berkeley Institute of Urban and Regional Development on Nov. 20.
