Work has begun to replace damaged steam and condensate pipelines. Consolidated Western Contractors, Inc. and Perryman Mechanical, contractors working for the University, have set up fencing and started trenching along Sinclair Road. The trenching, abatement, removal, and replacement of the pipes will continue through the summer. While work progresses from east to west—Riverside Hall to Capistrano Hall—some walkways may be detoured.
For questions regarding the project’s scope and/or schedule, contact Rechelle Arnold at 278-7605 or Robin Lovering at 278-6994.
on ‘My Sac State’
The new Sacramento State portal—"My Sac State"—is live. All Sacramento State employees, including student assistants, can access and update human resources information. Through My Sac State, employees can use self-service features to view and edit their address, phone numbers and emergency contact information. Employees can also view their benefits as well as their compensation history and paycheck. My Sac State includes Human Resources-related links and contact information.
In addition, My Sac State acts as a single point of entry for all CMS Human Resources and Finance users to access these applications. Employees can access My Sac State by going to my.csus.edu and logging in with their SacLink username and password.
Instructions for using My Sac State, as well as support materials for Human Resources staff, are available on the CMS website at www.csus.edu/cms/training/training.stm. There is also a “help” link on the My Sac State log-in page. A tutorial is available at www.csus.edu/cms/mysacstate/help/files/MySacState-tutorial.htm.
More self-service features will be added as the CMS Student Administration implementation continues. Check the CMS website for updates. The CMS staff is available to answer questions and to provide ad hoc training. For assistance, call the CMS Help Desk at 278-2670.
